VisualCraft Studio does not collect, log, or transmit:

• No Browsing History: We do not track the URLs or domains you visit.
• No Keystroke or Form Data: We do not log form inputs, passwords, or credentials.
• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
• No Telemetry or Tracking Pixels: We do not include third-party tracking scripts or sell analytics data.

2. Local Storage Usage

VisualCraft uses standard browser local storage (chrome.storage.local) exclusively to save your user preferences:

• Your custom color presets and design tokens
• Floating toolbar coordinates and theme preferences
• Pro license activation status (stored locally on your device)

3. Pro Subscription & Payments

All payments and subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. When you purchase a Pro license, billing details (credit cards, invoicing) are securely handled directly by Polar.sh. VisualCraft does not process or store any financial details.

4. Browser Permissions

VisualCraft requests the following minimal Chrome permissions solely to execute local developer tools:

• host_permissions (<all_urls>): Required to inspect elements and tweak styles on any page you visit.
• activeTab: Allows the visual element inspector and design controls to interact with the active page.
• storage: Saves user styling presets, theme preferences, and license state locally on your device.
• declarativeNetRequest: Used exclusively by the responsive viewport simulator to allow subframe layout previews.
• debugger: Used to capture high-DPI screenshots at native device pixel ratios.
• contextMenus: Provides quick right-click shortcuts to launch the inspector, font finder, and eyedropper.
